Custom Dispensing Hot Cell

Custom Dispensing Cells are manufactured to meet the specifications of your applications.  We offer the following in all custom cells:

  • 360 degree of lead shielding
  • Mirror finish stainless steel on interior with radius corners
  • Stainless steel exterior
  • ISO 5 with HEPA filter
  • Shielded and "stepped" doors
  • Lead glass viewing window
  • Any size needed for application
  • Any lead thickness needed for application

Interior Dimensions: determined by specifications

Lighting: LED interior lights, switched outside

Electrical: interior power outlets, switched outside

Roxtec for placement of vacuum lines, air or water lines

Shielded product lines

Pass-Through: either horizontal or vertical; operated on exterior control panel

Lead Shielding: solid lead sheets, any thickness as specified for the application
